Care at Kiln Lodge
Kiln Lodge is registered to provide care and support for old age and dementia residents and our Carers are trained specifically in this area. We also provide respite Care for those in need of a rest. We are set in the beautiful Hampshire village of Fareham.
Staff are trained by a specialised provider and additional online Computer Based Training. Additional courses they complete, qualify our Carers over and above the mandatory level determined by the Care Quality Commission. In addition we also have numerous staff completing NVQ’s.
Our Team
Our highly qualified Senior Carers and Care Assistants provide 24 hour care in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. They are guided by our Home Manager, Luci Hammett.
Luci helps plan and run activities and social events that take place regularly to help residents remain as independent as possible and enjoy getting involved with engaging activities.
We are proud of our committed team of both Senior Carers and Care Staff, as they strive to ensure that our residents are treated with respect and dignity. They also strive to provide our residents with the best quality of life possible, whilst maintaining their independence.
All of our staff have an on-going programme of training and development. This enables them to plan and deliver the appropriate care to meet the individual needs of our residents.

Willow Tree Lodge is an innovative, purpose built care home in Fareham, Hampshire. Our committed team of carers, led by Registered Manager, Hannah Dear, achieves a wonderful atmosphere, whilst maintaining a full range of activities and entertainment.
